I (through Kristi) found a wonderful blog (In my Other Blogs I Frequent titled ‘Neutral-izer’) that writes about holisitic methods to take care of the body and mind.  Their most recent article is about green tea and it’s powerful ability to assist in the aging process by acting as an antioxidant and…sunscreen??

Just as a side note, pregnant women should not drink green tea because it interferes with folic acid production (which can lead to birth defects). Otherwise (when I’m not pregnant) I LOVE green tea and I keep loads of it in my house. I’m now drinking Yogi Tea’s “Mommy to be Tea”, which is a red rasberry leaf tea with lots of other goodies for mommies who are expecting. It’s good stuff!
