12-18 Jan 2009 Health Plan
This weeks health plan is a little different. I am having trouble waking up in the morning, so I am going to work on getting up at 7:00am instead of 6:30am. If I wake up earlier, so be it, but I’m not going to push myself. I might try that whole Kaizen solution again, working one minute back each day to slowly wake up earlier and earlier.
Until then, here is this weeks health plan:
Monday
- 7:00-7:30am – Breakfast/Tea/Bible Reading *Overslept…yikes!!*
- 15 min break #1 – Read Your Money or Your Life
- Lunch – Bill calls/Blog
- 15 min break #2 – Read Your Money or Your Life
- 6:00-6:30pm – Exercise
- 9:00-9:30pm – Leisure Read
- 9:30pm – Bedtime
Tuesday
- 7:00-7:30am – Breakfast/Tea/Bible Reading
- 15 min break #1 – Walk @ work
- Lunch – Photography
- 15 min break #2 – Walk @ work
- 6:00-6:10pm – Walk w/ Sal
- 6:15-6:30pm – Push-up Challenge
- 9:00-9:30pm – Leisure Read
- 9:30pm – Bedtime
Wednesday
- 7:00-7:30am – Breakfast/Tea/Bible Reading
- 15 min break #1 – Read Your Money or Your Life
- Lunch – Blog
- 15 min break #2 – Read Your Money or Your Life
- 6:30-7:30pm – Yoga
- 9:00-9:30pm – Leisure Read
- 9;30pm – Bedtime
Thursday
- 7:00-7:30am – Breakfast/Tea/Bible Reading
- 15 min break #1 - Walk @ work
- Lunch – Photography
- 15 min break #2 – Walk @ work
- 6:00-6:10pm – Walk w/ Sal
- 6:15-6:30pm – Push-up Challenge
- 9:00-9:30pm – Leisure Read
- 9:30pm – Bedtime
Friday
- 7:00-7:30am – Breakfast/Tea/Bible Reading
- 15 min break #1 – Read Your Money or Your Life
- Lunch - Blog
- 15 min break #2 – Read Your Money or Your Life
- 9:00-9:30pm – Leisure Read
- 9:30pm – Bedtime
Saturday
- 7:00-7:30am – Breakfast/Tea/Bible Reading
- 7:30-8:00am – Exercise
- 8:00-8:15am – Push-up Challenge
- 9:45am – Head out for my big surprise for Jeremy; be back on Monday!!
