Funny Thoughts In Flight
My niece is 2.5 years old. A rockin’ 2.5 years old, I might note. She has the craziest things to say these days. I have taken to texting her one-liners to myself so I don’t forget the remarkable things she has to say. For example, on the flight back from Maryland to KC:
Grace: “Oh…hi bunny! Hi fluffy bunny!! Hi!!”
*Jimmy and Jeni look around for a fluffy bunny…only to find a woman two rows ahead with fluffy grandma hair…*
*Jimmy and Jeni commence to laughing until they cry*
*Pilot comes over intercom to advise we are descending into Kansas City*
Grace: “Uh, hi! I’ll have a drink please, and a napkin (pronounced nakkin)…and a happy meal. Thank you!!”
*Again, Jimmy and Jeni commence to laughing until they cry*
And because this post is simply best with a photo, here is Grace while travelling to Maryland. She was such a trooper, even when the ear popping occurred during our descent into Baltimore.
